Renting Our Lodge
Sitting on 3.5 acres of land, Mokanna Lodge is a hidden gem in the Orlando area. This freestanding building, which includes an accessible ramp in the front, has plenty of parking on the front paved lot which accommodates approximately 50 vehicles. Additional vehicles can be parked on the side of the building through the chain link fence, which can be opened upon request. The overflow parking accommodates approximately another 80 vehicles, allowing for plenty of guests for your event.

The entire building is a smoke free venue and is composed of two main rooms separated by a central hall, offices and restrooms. The two main rooms consist of a 1,500 sqft dining hall with an attached kitchen and a 3,000 sqft lodge room. There are pavilions with tables and seating, as well as a BBQ grill outside for rent as well.

Restrooms are available off the common hall. A small ante-room is available and is occasionally used for dressing and preparing brides for their event.
The Lodge Room
The 52 ft x 56 ft Lodge Room seats approximately 80 people in fixed-position chairs arranged on the North and South sides of the room. This can be augmented with additional chairs, expanding the seating capacity to approximately 200. The room features an overhead speaker system and lighted altar, as well as a raised speaker/presentation area. There are double entrance doors on the North and South side of the West end of the room allowing for a variety of entrance/exit scenarios for ceremonies. The entire room is carpeted. This room can be used for presentations and religious ceremonies. The meeting room is serviced by its own separate air conditioning and heating system.

The Dining Room
The venue's dining hall can seat as many as 100 people using eight, 8-top round tables combined with eight, 8-top rectangular tables at the raised head table area. All tables and chairs can be moved for easy configuration for presentations or dances. A modest overhead speaker system is in place to accommodate background music or microphone support for speakers.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is attached to the dining room with a walk-up serving window stretching approximately 20 ft, allowing for plenty of serving space for a buffet meal. Various items such as coffee urns, chafing dishes, and serving ware are available, as well as a 6-burner gas range top, flat griddle with two gas ovens, for an additional fee of $50.00. A commercial grade ice machine provides enough ice for most any event.
***The heating elements for the chafing dishes are not provided.

You are free to stop by on our meeting nights between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm (check the calendar or call an officer to confirm that we are meeting that night).

Due Upon Signed Agreement:
Reservation Down Payment / Damage Deposit $300
This is refundable after the event, provided that the lodge attendant on site finds no issues following the rental. Balance is due 10 days prior to the rental date.

Upon completion of the post-rental checklist, to ensure that the facility is in the same condition as when you arrived, Renter is, of course, responsible for all cleanup and disposing of trash in our dumpster. Please remember to leave the facility as you found it. Once the facility is checked by one of our members, your deposit will be returned to you.
